Arizona’s WWII Airfields

April 21 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Join local historian extraordinaire Steve Hoza, who has worked in the museum field for the past 35 years, as he shares his knowledge of Arizona’s war airfields. Arizona was home to 59 military airfields during World War II, training tens of thousands of pilots, bombardiers, and gunners. Steve has visited each of these fields and presents information on the fields and how they were used. Artifacts from the trainings will also be on display. Registration required.
